Proxy Blocker (Prevent registrations from proxy servers)

This plugin will scan new registrations at your forum and it will block registrations made through/beyond proxy servers.

Disclaimer:

• Not all proxy servers are guaranteed to be blocked as there is no such thing as a 100% proxy block. It stops access by many of the most popular proxies (such as Hide My Ass and Tor Browser)
• Another thing to note is that some universities, libraries, companies and countries might access the web through a gateway proxy, so they will be blocked from using your forums. 
• It may also prevent access to some AOL users.

White Proxies Exclusion:

• The plugin comes with a setting to exclude specific proxy servers from being blocked based on their remote IP addresses (Whitelist).
