Once they do that, they will not be able to browse your forum anymore, unless they reactivate their account again from their Account Settings. All closed/deactivated accounts will be shown up in the Mod CP area. Only the admins will be able to view and manage them. Note: The accounts will not be gone from the forum. They will be simpley set to non active and a suspended account badge will apear on those users profiles and posts. Permissions: Groups that can close/deactivate their account. Closed Accounts Topic Notification: Whenever an user will close/deactivate his/her account, a topic can be posted automatically at a forum of your choice. The topic author will be the user in question and the topic content will be the reason that he/she has given for closing/deactivating his/her account. This option can be enabled/disabled from the app settings area. Suspended Account Profile Status: A suspended account text/badge will show up on users who have closed accounts on their hoover cards and profiles. This option can be enabled/disabled from the app settings area. Mod CP: All users who have closed/activated their accounts will appear on the Mod CP. Only the admins will be able to view them, the reason they have given and they can also activate their account from there. Tools: A tools page is available to activate all closed/deactivated accounts in one fell swoop. Moderator Log: All account activations will be logged in at the Moderator Log.
