Need help..

Hi Hellzone.pl
I have been playing on your server "Mirage # 2 - IP 145.239.16.82:27015" for the part 3 months with no problems at all .. 
I recently bought VIP .. 
Since i bought VIP i have a hard time joining the server. Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue .. 

But I can maybe enter the server 1 out of 20 tryes .. Dosent matter if there still room for 15 players on the server, it still wont let me join it.
When i finaly enter the game i get a Lilac error after 2-3 minutes. (see attached screenshot)  

 I can play with no problems on other servers .. i only get the Lilac error on your server .. 

Do you know how i can fix this? I live in Denmark

I have tryed to uninstall CS GO and Steam totally and delete the folders after, before trying to install it all over again.. but that didnt help
