Complaints

Information:

1. Only the following individuals may comment in complaint threads: the person filing the complaint / the accused / Owner / Server Manager / witnesses.

2. Network Moderation and Administration may comment to close the thread / to avoid unnecessary spam. Network Administration may also resolve the complaint if necessary.

3. Every complaint should be based on evidence such as a demo or screenshots. In the absence of such evidence, you may ask the Server Owner/Manager to retrieve chat logs from the specific date and time.
